They advertise as being "freaky fast" and let me tell you, they are. I didn't even finish filling up my drink and they were already done making my food. Employees seem to like working together, so that's always a cool environment to be in. I like all the cool and funny things to read on the walls, even in the bathroom! Store is always clean and smells great. Food is very tasty and filling, and I live for the kettle cooked chips. Far and away my favorite sandwich shop in Longview. Will eat here again.

I will never knock the quality of the sandwiches and the meat that goes inside. This store is in a convenient location and is very clean. The service is always top notch and I prefer this sandwich shop offer the others in my area. The only reason that I didn’t rate 5 stars is due to the cost of the food. It is pricey for what you are getting 😬

They were a little short handed today, i called to make sure they got my order because it took a little longer then normal. when they turned up with my sandwich they threw in a coupon for a sandwich a cookie and some chips. i wasn't even upset. I love JJs always have.
